EARLY ACCESS

Privacy Notice

Version: 4 October 2026 · Beta website

This notice describes the MyMCP marketing website’s early-access form and beta workspace account requests. It does not describe the practices of external AI applications or the services you may connect to a future workspace.

What the form collects

If you submit the early-access form, it collects your email address, your consent confirmation, and an optional name if supplied through the signup API. The service may also record the submission time and ordinary technical security logs. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or sensitive company data.

Beta workspace accounts

If you request an account at app.mymcp.io, we store your email, company name, chosen company URL, country/region, language preference, sector and a salted password hash, along with a pending user and separate company workspace. The founder reviews account requests before allowing sign-in. Verification codes, workspace invitations and password-reset codes are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. These messages include your email address and the code or invitation link needed for the action. Codes remain valid until used, replaced or blocked after repeated incorrect attempts. Invitation links are single-use and expire after 48 hours. Founder approval is required for self-registered accounts. Workspace records, access policies, activity logs and connector-agent status are stored in the service database; the agent preview sends only source type, a capped record count and health status. Signed-in sessions use an essential secure cookie. Billing is disabled. The operator can disable accounts and suspend companies. The retention and contact limitations below also apply to beta accounts.

Why it is collected

Your email is used to record and respond to your access request. Submitting the form does not create a workspace account, authorize an app, or subscribe you to a paid service. We do not use this form to authorize unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the service’s database. Access is intended for the service operator to manage beta requests. Infrastructure providers supporting the website and database may process technical data. This beta makes no in-country storage or processing promise.

Retention and your choices

You may ask to withdraw your access request or delete the email you submitted. An automated deletion interface and a fixed retention schedule are not yet available in this beta; do not treat this as an indefinite-consent grant.

Contact

No public privacy email address has been configured yet. If you have direct contact with the MyMCP operator, use that channel for privacy questions or deletion requests. If you need a published privacy-contact channel before sharing your email, please wait to submit until one is available.

Cookies and other services

The marketing page does not intentionally add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may maintain necessary technical logs. The workspace at app.mymcp.io and any future payment provider have separate technical requirements. Payment collection is not enabled through the beta access form.
